Alberta Stringfield

Mrs. Alberta Stringfield age 78 of Lancing passed away, Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at Parkwest Hospital.
She enjoyed planting and raising flowers. She was a member of the Shady Grove Baptist Church which she loved very much. She was a kind hearted person who loved her friends and family dearly. She was preceded in death by her Mother: Lou Vernia Aytes, Two infant children; Travis and Angela and a Sister; Geraldine Sims.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years: Clarence Stringfield
Son: Clarence Stringfield Jr. and Fiancee' Carol Green
Granddaughter: Veda Summerall
Several Nieces, Nephews and other friends and relatives

The family will receive friends Sunday, April 6, 2014 from 1:00 to 3:00pm at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral services will follow at 3:00pm with Bro. Bill Durham officiating. Interment will be in the Lane Cemetery, Lancing, TN.
