Alice McCartt

Mrs. Alice Adkins McCartt, age 67, of Lancing passed away Sunday, January 29, 2012 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. She was a member of the Congregational Church of Deer Lodge. Alice is preceded in death by her parents Austin & Ruth Adkins, sister Buna Hurst and brothers: Ross, Nolan, Bill and P.J. Adkins all of Deer Lodge

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Herbert
Son: Troy and wife Kaye
Grandsons: Austin and Ryan
Sisters: Doris Ryon, Mona Strand, Jeanie Hurtt
Brother: Donald Adkins
Also surviving are several nieces and nephews extended family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Monday January 30, 2012, from 6 to 8 P.M. Schubert Funeral Home Wartburg. Funeral services will follow with Pastor Rose Hermonat officiating. Graveside services will be Tuesday 11:00 A.M. Fairview Baptist Cemetery, Lancing.
