Anthony Collins

Anthony D Collins age 62 of Wartburg, passed away Tuesday September 10th surrounded by his family. Anthony was a former machinist who worked for Boeing until its closure and recently retired from the State of TN Dept of Corrections. 

Anthony was preceded in death by his parents, David J & Martha B Collins, grandparents Nannie & Fred Kidd and Jerry & Leota Collins. 

Anthony is survived by his children, Christina & Joshua Hancock, Jessica Collins, Anthony D Collins Jr & fiancé Brooke Hall. 

Grandchildren Madyson Hancock & fiancé Zach Knott, Aaron Hancock & wife Sarah, Mason, Jase and Gracie Hancock, Sicilee Thomason, and Averie Hall. 

Sister Edwina Nelson & husband Tim. 

Nephews Jason Nelson & wife Jessica and Travis & wife Ashley Nelson, Along with a host of cousins & friends. 

The family will receive friends on Friday, September 13, 2024 from 3-4 pm Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral Services will follow at 4 pm with Bro. Charles Webb officiating. Interment will follow in the Lane Cemetery, Lancing, TN.
