Anthony Raines, of Robbins, TN

Anthony “Randy” Raines, 49, of Robbins, TN passed away May 1, 2019 at the UT Medical Center in Knoxville.

He is survived by his daughters, Barbi Sumner and fiancé, Dustin Parks and Shawnee Rains and fiancé, Hunter Carson; 5 grandchildren, Jazlyn VanHook, Jakoby VanHook, Jaxton Sumner, Elijah Raines and Casie Carson; parents, Jr. and Lula Rains; brothers, Richard and Lonas Rains; sisters, Rena Lowe and Nancy Lowe and special friends, Wade and Carla Jones and a host of nieces, nephews and special friends.

The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
