Barbara Rose

Mrs. Barbara Newcomb Rose, Age 67 of Harriman, passed away Friday, September 27, 2013 at the Life Care Center of Wartburg. She was a member of the South Harriman Baptist Church. She was a retired Roane County Teacher. Preceded in death by Daughter: Holly M. Rose, Parents: Dugan & Jimmie Lee Newcomb, Brother: Sherman "Buzz" Newcomb, Jr.

Surviving is son: Jamey Rose of Wartburg
Grandchildren: Justice & Ezra Rose

Sister-in-law: Polly Newcomb of Ashley City, TN
Two nieces, two great nephews, & one great niece also several cousins.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 1, 2013 from 5-7 pm Schubert Funeral Home Wartburg. Memorial Services will follow with Rev. William Grahart officiating.
