Betty Powers of Harriman, TN

Betty Coffman Powers left for her heavenly home on May 11, 2019 at a health care center in Chattanooga, TN

Betty was a lifelong resident of Wartburg where she was self-employed in the food business and cosmetology business. Later Betty retired from Morgan County Correctional Complex as a food steward.

Betty was preceded in death by Son-Doug Wilkie,

Mom and Dad- Everett and Edith Coffman, Brother- Richard G Coffman, Sister-Patricia A (Coffman) Butler, Brother- Author E Coffman

Betty survived by Daughter- Christy Wilkie,  Sister- Brenda Coffman Ressler, Brother Gary (Connie) Coffman, Grandkids- Dustin Wilkie, Bailey Wilkie, Jalen Wilkie, and Courtney Wilkie and a host of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, special friends Charlotte Yeary Morgan and Shelby Laymance.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg from 12-2:00 p.m. with the funeral to follow at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Roy Langley officiating.  Interment will follow in the Pine Orchard Cemetery in Oakdale.

Schubert Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
