Betty Seabolt

Betty Seabolt, age 83, of Sunbright passed away September 6, 2025 at her home surrounded by her family.

Betty enjoyed a lot of things in life but she aways enjoyed cooking, taking care of her family and everyone she knew, and going to church.

She is preceded in death by her parents Eligah and Matilda Ward; grandson Robert Walker; Daughter-in-law: Gail, Father and Mother-in-law: Ralph and Virdie Seabolt; nieces Sharon and Barb and 10 Siblings.

She leaves behind her husband of 45 years Garry Seabolt; children Bobby Walker, Missy (Doug) Jones, Lora (Larry) Parris, and Joe Seabolt; grandchildren Brad Walker, Kendall & Colton Walker, Amanda, Amelia, Kelsey Seabolt, and Kenny Parris; brother Bepo Ward; sister Willa Dean and husband, Fred;  and sister-in-law Shirlene, and a host of extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg from 2:00-4:00 p.m. with the funeral to follow at 4:00 p.m. with Bro. Doug Morgan officiating. Interment will follow in the Sunbright Cemetery in Sunbright.
