Bryan Gibson

Bryan Edward Gibson, born December 16, 1960 passed away March 3, 2026 at UT Medical Center of Knoxville.
He is preceded in death by his parents Roy and Lula Nadine Gibson; brother Ronnie Gibson; sister Carol Goddard; brother David Gibson and wife Brenda Gibson; brother Roger Gibson and Danny Gibson.
He is survived by his nephew Kevin Goddard and nieces Karen Goddard and Rhonda Gibson.
Bryan loved his hometown of Harriman, Tn. He loved playing basketball, he loved his mother, loved to walk around Harriman, watching wrestling, country music and he never met a stranger. More recently he lived in a home with friends Ben and Bud in Oak Ridge, managed by Emory Valley Center and he was very happy there. Bryan was kind, loving, and mischievous and will be sadly missed by all that knew him.
The family will have a graveside service Monday, March 9, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the Emory Heights Cemetery in Harriman with Dr. Jim West officiating.
