Carolyn Sue Northrup, age 76, of Sunbright passed from this life on September 9, 2025, surrounded by her family.
Carolyn was a faithful Christian and always showed her love and support for her family.
She leaves behind her husband of 60 years, Reverend Charles Northrup; 2 sons David (Amber) Northrup, Daniel (Misty) Northrup; 7 grandchildren, Jared (Deborah), Courtney (Tyler), Grace, Lonnie, Finnley, Olivia (Ethan), and Alexis; 3 great grandchildren, Braylon, Bethany, Lincoln; 2 sisters Joyce (Clarence) Northrup, and Dorothy (Dick) Edwards, and a host of nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Thursday, September 11, 2025 at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg from 5:00-7:00 p.m. with the funeral to follow at 7:00 p.m. with Bro. Troy Burchfield officiating. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Sunbright.
