Cassie Tapscott

Cassie Morgan Tapscott, age 87 of The Joyner community passed away October 20, 2013 at her daughter's home in Joyner. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. She loved gardening, Cruising and her kids. She is preceded in death by her Father and Mother: John Morgan and Alice Chapman Morgan, husbands: Loyal Allen and Claud "Scotty" Tapscott, Sisters: Flora Zick, Viola Laymance, Ethel Newberry, Lolita Bailey
Brothers: Guy Morgan, Burl Morgan and Clifford Morgan

She is survived by her Daughter and Son in-law: Rhonda and Lonnie Burress of the Joyner Community
Sons and Daughter in-law: Jerry and Vickie Allen, Oliver Springs, Johnny and Willeen Allen, Joyner community, Gerald "Todd" and Laura Schubert, Carrollton, GA
9 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great, Great Grandchild
Special Caregivers: Tim and Laura Wilson and Stacy Lasig
Also Surviving are a host of Nieces, Nephews and Friends

The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 22, 2013 from 5:00 to 7:00PM at Schubert Funeral Home,Wartburg . Funeral Services will follow at 7:00PM with Bro. Bill Goodman officiating. Graveside services will be Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at 11:00 AM in the Union Church Cemetery.
