Cheryl Rouse, of Kingston, TN

Cheryl Lynn Passmore age 58 passed away November 8, 2017. She was born April 25, 1959. She worked at Y-12  in Oak Ridge, TN.

She was a loving wife to Charlie Smith, mother to John Edwards Fuchs and a sister to David (Carol) Passmore; 4 grandchildren, Tyler, Jaden, Ava and Jax. Dearest god-mother to James, Richard and Christopher Boisvert; best friend, Dawn and Jim Boisvert.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Richard; mother, Joan Passmore of Kingston, TN and father, Melvin Passmore of Michigan.

The family will have a graveside service Sunday, November 12, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. EST in the Bethel Island Cemetery in Lancing, TN
