Chuck Garrett 59, of Oliver Springs passed away October 25, 2017.
He is preceded in death by his father, Dale Garrett and son, Levi Garrett.
He is survived by his wife, Penny Garrett; mother, Roberta Garrett; children, Gavin, Harrison and Sarah Garrett; step-son, Andrew Kittrell and sister, Ann Duncan; grandchildren, Jersy, Memphis, Khrishton, Trevyn and Addyson.
The family will be having a private memorial service at a later date.
Schubert Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
