Cleve "C.B." Wiggins

 Cleve “C.B.” Wiggins, age 74 of Wartburg passed away February 26, 2026 at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville. He was a professional shade tree mechanic for many years.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Helen Padgett Wiggins; parents Polk and Mable Wiggins; siblings Catherine Wiggins, Deborah Mise, Patricia Wiggins, Elaine Hendrix, Troy Wiggins, Michael Wiggins, Scotty Wiggins; baby sister Janette Wiggins; grandchildren Joshua Wiggins, Angela Phillips, Jacqueline Foreman, and Ava Hall.

He is survived by his daughters Janet (Tony) Bradshaw, Becky (Gary) Phillips, Jennifer Wiggins; 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. 

The family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.
