Clyde Tompkins

Mr. Clyde E. Tompkins, age 81 of Wartburg, passed away December 1, 2009.
He was a member of Meadow View Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife: Janie Freels Tompkins,
Parents: Ray and Delphia Tompkins,
Brother: Paul Tompkins, sister: Selma Parton.

He is survived by his children: Rhonda and husband Steve Wedemeyer of Knoxville, TN,
Jerry and wife Denise Tompkins of Elgin, TN,
Joan and husband Rick Rogers of Upper Marlboro, MD,
9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren,
Betty Tompkins: mother of Joan and Jerry,
Sisters: Mary Ruth and husband David Nichols, Elizabeth Jones,
Brother: Chester and wife June,
Close friends: Buck Young and Ralph Nance,
Also several nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends Friday evening, December 4, 2009 at Schubert Funeral Home in Sunbright, TN from 6-7:30 p.m.
Funeral services will follow with Pastor Ralph Nance officiating.
Graveside services will be Saturday, December 5, 2009, 11:00 a.m. in the Annadell Church Cemetery, Lancing, TN
Schubert Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
