Darryl Hamby

Mr. Darryl Wayne Hamby, age 44 of the Joyner Community, went to be with the Lord on Monday February 1, 2010. He was of the Baptist Faith.
Mr. Hamby was a veteran of the United States Army and the National Guard.
He was a certified Diesel mechanic and was employed with Roger Daniels Trucking Co.
He enjoyed outdoor activities and especially enjoyed fishing.

He was preceded in death by mother; Lois M. Hamby, father; Senior Hamby and niece; Micah Marie Laymance.

Mr. Hamby is survived by Sisters and brothers-in-law; Diana Watson, Debbie and Danny Watson, Donna and Don Tyndall, Dennis and Tony Wilson.
Brothers and sisters-in-law; David and Gwen Hamby and Douglas and Lori Hamby.
Step-daughter; Dominique Hawn and her son; Trent Hawn.
Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
Special friends; Misha Vespie, Felicia Decker and Brandy Vespie.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 3, 2010 from
6:30 to 8:30 P.M. at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral service will follow at 8:30 P.M. with Rev. James Foster officiating.
