David Smith, 50 of Wartburg passed away Sunday, September 20, 2015 at Roane Medical Center, Harriman.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Robert and Frances Smith and Siblings: Deb Bryant, Danny Bryant and Lou Anne Cofer.

David is survived by his wife: Tracy
Children: Michael, Tyler and Isaac
Brother: Bobby and wife Renea Smith
Sisters: Robin Walls, Melinda Hendrickson and Melissa Tate
