Davy (DJ) James Phillips Jr. , age 28 passed away January 16, 2015 at his home. He was preceded in death by his mother : Susie Justice, grandparents: Doyle and Marcella Justice, and Leodis Phillips.

He is survived by his father: Davy Phillips Sr. of New River
Sisters: Susan & James Peacock of Kingston, Amanda & Brian Carroll of Wartburg, Crystal Jones of Oliver Springs, Valerie & David Dugger of Briceville
Nieces: Cheyenne Carroll, Taylor Jones, Peyton Peacock, Brooklyn Dugger
Nephews: Eli Carroll, Hayden Jones, Gavin Dugger

The family will receive friends Tuesday January 20th, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. Luke Ward officiating. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 22nd at Phillips Cemetery in New River
