Dora Tilson Griffith Coulter, age 96 of Rockwood was called home by her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at Methodist Medical Center, Oak Ridge. She was a member of Caney Ford Baptist Church and a life- long resident of Morgan County. She was preceded in death by her first husband: John Franklin Griffith, second husband: Truman Hunter Coulter, parents: Merley and Eva Mae Tilson, daughter-in-law: Sharon G. Griffith, great grandson: John Paul Frerer, Siblings: Bill Tilson, Arvil Tilson, Pearl Pittman and Mossey Steele.
Survivers include, Daughter: Peggy Joyce Heidel, Columbia, South Carolina
Son: John Griffith, Tupelo, Mississippi
Sons and daughters-in-law: Robert Allen and Norma Griffith, Greasey Creek and Donald Lee and Betty Griffith, Wartburg
Daughter and Son-in-law: William and Barbara Ann DeWees, Raleigh, North Carolina
5 Grandsons: Drexel Heidel, Jim Frerer, Dwayne Griffith, Rodney Griffith and Jason DeWees
5 Granddaughters: Cynthia Ann Heidel, Andrea Fuentes, Christy Orthner, Donna Burchfield and Kimberly Santiago

The family will receive friends Friday, September 18, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00PM at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral Services will at 11:00AM at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg with Bro. Johnny Nix officiating. Interment will follow in the Elizabeth Cemetery, Lancing.
