Mrs. Dorothy Burgess age 87 of Oakdale passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2014 in the Methodist Medical Center Oak Ridge. She was preceded in death by her son: Jerry Burgess, daughter: Connie, Parents: Floyd and Lois Hallcox, Sisters: Betty Reynolds Smith, Edith Hallcox Burgess, Brothers: F.M. Hallcox, Benny Reynolds and James Reynolds.

She is survived by Son: Terry and wife Mitzi Burgess of Oak Ridge
Granddaughters: Tiffany M. Burgess of Kingston, Ashley and husband Brad Hillis of Oak Ridge
Grandson: Jeffery C. Jones and wife Heather of Springboro Ohio
Three Great Grandchildren: Aidan and Olivia Jones and Thomas Hillis
Sisters: Faye Reynolds Talton of North Carolina
Brothers: Paul Reynolds and wife Debbie of Coalfield and Larry Reynolds and wife Jeannette of Coalfield

The family will receive friends Saturday, May 3, 2014 from 1:00 to 2:00pm at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. A graveside will follow in the Estes Cemetery, Coalfield with Bro. Chuck Wilburn officiating.
