Edward Koblenz

Edward Phillip Koblenz, age 57 of Wartburg passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at his home after a short illness. He is preceded in death by his father, Phillip S. Koblenz, and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. F.G. Wells, and Mr. & Mrs. Edward C. Koblenz, all of Arlington, VA.
He is survived by his mother, Janet Greene, Wartburg; Step -Father, James L. Greene; wife, Christy Koblenz, Wartburg; daughters, Shea Lacy, Beth Austin Whaley and Brooke Koblenz, Wartburg; step-sons, Alex and Andrew Turpin, Wartburg; 4 grandsons, Charlie Lacy, Branson Lacy, DJ Whaley, Jericho Whaley and one granddaughter, Johannah Whaley.
The family will receive friends Friday, December 4, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00PM at Schubert Funeral Home , Wartburg. Funeral Services will follow at 7:00PM with Pastor Jason Prater and William VanNorstran officiating. Graveside services will be Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 10:00AM in the Flatfork Cemetery, Wartburg.
