Franklin "Junior" Hester

Franklin Lee Hester Jr. went home to be with the Lord September 9th, peacefully, at his home with his loving wife of 34 years by his side. He fought a short battle with cancer. Frank loved the Lord and was ready to go to his heavenly home.

He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and Papaw. He had a laugh and smile that lit up every room he was in. His passion was cars, specifically Mopar, and was known as the Mopar man.  He knew every part under the hood of any car. He had many lifelong friends who visited often to laugh about the good ol’ days and share memories. Frank was loved by many.

He was preceded in death by his son Jeffery Cross, brother Bobbie Hester, parents Charles and Violet Perkey, grandparents Jesse and Vesta Burgess, and mother-in-law Syble Roberts.

He is survived by wife Syble Hester, daughter and son-in-law, Megan & Caleb Mullins, and grandsons Mason & Avery Mullins.
