Gary Phillips

Mr. Gary Phillips, age 56 of Petros, went home to be with the Lord on Monday June 22, 2009. He was born October 16, 1952 in Knoxville, TN.
He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Wartburg and was retired from the Morgan County Road Dept.
He enjoyed camping, fishing and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by brother; Larry, father; Homer, grandparents; Emitt and Dicie Massengale and Issac and Elizabeth Phillips.

Mr. Phillips is survived by wife of 37 years; Brenda Phillips
Daughter; Pam and husband Jeff Wright
Grandson; Hayden Wright, mother; Mae Phillips, sister Glenda and husband Ronnie Supeck all of Petros.
Step-niece; Melissa and husband Jared Emmette, step-grandnephew; Jake Emmette all of Oliver Springs.
Special neighbors; Marvine Rainey and Maxine Harris of Petros.
A host of aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.

Graveside services will Thursday at 1:00 P.M. in the Petros Cemetery with Pastor Wayne Nelson officiating.
