Harold O'Steen

Harriman

Harold David O'Steen Sr. was born on August 8, 1947, to Boy E. O'Steen and Marie Stokes.

Harold leaves behind his beloved wife, Kathy Nolan O'Steen; two daughters, Amy Pope (Travis) and Kimberly Adams; one son, David O'Steen; one grandson, Kyle Solomon; two granddaughters, Hayley McDonald (Adam) and Carly Adams; and one great-granddaughter, Harper McDonald.

He is also survived by his brother, Boy E. O'Steen (Joan), his sister, Sharon (Glen), and many other family members and loved ones who held a special place in his heart.

Harold loved his home in Tennessee, football, wrestling, and racing. He believed in honesty, hard work, and the importance of family. But most importantly, Harold loved Jesus and had a close and personal relationship with Him. His faith was an important part of who he was.

On September 4, at 12:25 p.m., Harold made his journey home to be with the Lord. We can only imagine the welcome that awaited him at Heaven's gates, where he was reunited with his beloved son, Little Harold; his mother and father; his sisters, Betty and Patsy; and many other loved ones who had gone before him.

Though our hearts are heavy with his passing, we find comfort knowing that Harold is home-reunited with those he loved and, most importantly, in the presence of Jesus whom he loved so dearly.

His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.
