Hazel Adkins

Mrs. Hazel Adkins, age 89 of Deer Lodge passed away Saturday, January15, 2011.

She was preceded in death by her husband; Willie Adkins,
Parents; Willard and Alice Pennington, sons; Willard Shepard and James Hampton.

She is survived by children; Lola Morgan, Arthur Hensley,
Lois Hensley, Larry Shepard, Frieda Patrinos,
Linda Sampson and Lathey Adkins.
30 grandchildren,
Several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Sister; Ann Pennington,
Also several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends Monday, January 17, 2011 at Schubert Funeral Home in Sunbright from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.
Funeral services will follow with Bro. Kerry Ruppe officiating.
Interment will be in Sunbright Cemetery, Sunbright, TN
