James Melhorn

Mr. James Theodore Melhorn, age 64 of Lancing, died on Friday June 21, 2013 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. He was born at Camp Austin in Oakdale. A member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Preceded in death by his parents Walter Melhorn, Jr. and Rosalene Melhorn.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years Geneva Newport Melhorn

Brother: Bobby Melhorn and wife G G of Oakdale
Sister: Nancy Hamby of Calhoun GA
Mother-in-law: Juanita Newport
Brother-in-law: Garland Newport and wife Anita
Sisters-in-laws: Barbara Newport
Roberta Price and husband Keith

Also surviving is a host of other relatives and friends & Nieces and Nephews.

The family will receive friends, Monday June 24, 2013 from 5 to 8 pm Schubert Funeral Home Wartburg and also Tuesday from 10:30 to 11 am at St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Funeral services will be Tuesday 11 am St. Paul's Lutheran Church with Pastor Steven Skov officiating. Internment with Military Honors will follow in the Camp Austin Cemetery, Oakdale, TN
