Jay Aytes, of Frankfort, TN

Jay D. Aytes age 71, passed away unexpectedly at his home January 8, 2020.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronald and Rebecca Aytes; granddaughter, Victoria Hensley; sister, Wanda Blakley; brothers, Leonard, Pete, Reed and Roy Aytes of Frankfort; nephews, Allen, John, Aaron, Jerry and Doug Aytes.

He is survived by his daughter, Marsha Hensley of Newport, TN; son, J.J Aytes; sisters, Mable Phillips of Lancing, Alice Herr of Plainsfield, IN and Gertrude Lowe of New Castle, IN; 3 grandchildren; sister-in-law, Lillie Aytes of Frankfort and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will a graveside service Friday, January 10, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Frankfort Cemetery with Bro. Bill Durham officiating.
