Jessie Adams

On Saturday, June 11, 2022, Jessie Casto Adams, loving father, brother and friend, passed away at age 69.

Jessie was born on September 16 , 1952 in Crossville , TN. He was known for his kind and compassionate spirit, his true love for God and spreading the word of Christ. He had a deep love of family and babies, all babies…especially newborns! He always said children are the most precious gift from God.

 Jessie is preceded in death by his parents William Lee and Eliza Inez (Myles) Adams, and son Jai- Mikel Pittman. Sisters, Violet Adams, Shirley Huddleson, Stella (Lucy) Miller, Vernie (Ann) Vaughn, Thelma Taylor, Norma Jean Dixon and Virginia (Jenni) Bennet. Brothers, Alfred, Charles, and Vaughn Adams.

He is survived by his children, Sherrie Hrachovina (Thomas), Sharlene Hollingsworth, Jesse Hall (Lindsey), and Yulanda Wolfe, his brother Chester Adams (Annette), his sister Jennifer Norton, grandchildren Kristi Tatum (Tavario), Trey Hollingsworth (Samantha), Kairi Hollingsworth, Matthew, Alex and Lauren Hrachovina, AJ and Connor Hall, Jazzie and Laney Wolfe, 10 great grandchildren, and a slew of cousins, nieces, and nephews.

The family will have a funeral service Saturday, July 9, 2022 at the Old Potters Chapel Church in Lancing at 9:00 a.m. CST. with Pastor Mike Ritzman officiating.
