Jimmie Hawn

Jimmie Hawn, age 87, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on April 28, 2026. He was a life long truck driver. He loved listening to trade time and always wanted to buy another truck.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 54 years Barbara Hawn; mother and father Maude and Virgil Hawn; children Jimmie, Oscar and Karen Hawn; brothers Alonzo, Gene, Bobby and Randall Hawn; sister Jeanette Bunch.

He is survived by his daughters Teresa (David) Pierce, Cathy (Don) Potter; brothers-in-law Bill (Cheryl) McGowan and Don McGowan; grandchildren Crystal (Bart) Pierce, Sarah (Adam) Guy, Jonathan Pierce, Karen Pierce, Cassie, Don, and Chad Potter; great grandchildren Madison Pickett and Hayden Myers; sisters Carol Armes and Wanda Young.

The family will receive friends Monday, May 4, 2026 at Schubert Funeral Home from 4:00-6:00 p.m. with the funeral to follow at 6:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the Caney Branch Cemetery.
