John Cross, Jr.

John Cross Jr. passed away, Thursday, July 21, 2016 at the age of 85.  He was born February 18, 1931.  He was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force Reserves.  He was preceded in death by parents John and Eva Daugherty Cross and 10 brothers and sisters.

He is survived by one brother Verlin Cross of Oakdale

Two sisters:  Serelda Lemire and Angela Harrold of Lafollette

Also surviving is a host of nieces and nephews.  He enjoyed gardening, fishing, piddling around and spending time with family and friends.

The family will receive friends Sunday, July 24, 2016 from 1 to 3 pm Schubert Funeral Home Wartburg.  Graveside services will follow at the Basler Family Cemetery, Wartburg.
