Julie Lewis

Julie Ann Lewis, age 35 of Crossville passed away November 27, 2014 at UT Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by grandmothers: Dorothy Howard of Deer Lodge and Doris Lewis of Sparta and grandfather: Roy Branstetter of Deer Lodge.

She is survived by 3 Sons: Damian, Adrian and Brandon Lewis, Crossville,
Her Mother and Father: Katie and Mark Lewis, Crossville
Sister: April Dulac, Crossville
Grandfather: Corbin Lewis, Sparta
Nieces and Nephew: Kaylee, Hayden, Layla, Delilah and Ava
A Host of Uncles, Aunts, Cousin, and Special Friends

The family will receive friends, Sunday, November 30, 2014 from 12:00 to 2:00PM at Hillview Baptist Church in the Chestnut Ridge community. Funeral services will follow at 2:00PM with Bro. Danny Jones officiating. Interment will be in the Hillview Church Cemetery, Chestnut Ridge.
