Karen Potter

Mrs. Karen Kreis Potter, age 52, passed away Wednesday morning, January 6, 2010 at her home in Lancing. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. She was a long time employee of the Morgan County Regional Complex.

She is survived by daughter, Kathryn Potter of Lancing; mother, Eileen Sackett of Wartburg; father, Everett Kreis of Lancing; sister, Terri Kreis of Lancing; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

The family will receive friends Friday evening, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral services will follow at 7:30 p.m. with Dr. Steven Skov officiating.
