Lowell Adkins

Mr. Lowell Miller Adkins, age 70, born October 24, 1940, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 1, 2011, at his home in the Chestnut Ridge Community,
Surrounding by his loving family.
He was preceded in death by father, Joe Adkins

Mr. Adkins is survived by loving wife of 51 years, Wanda Hammond Adkins
Children; Becky and husband Robert Jones,
Teresa and husband Joe Draper of Clarkrange,
Roger and wife Gwenna Adkins,
Sadia and husband Mark Branstetter
and Joseph Adkins of Deer Lodge

Mother, Mabel Branstetter Adkins
Sister Portia and husband Billy Davis
6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren
and a host of family and friends.

He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend, Lowell will be sadly missed by all.

The family will receive friends Monday April 5, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral service will be Tuesday at 1:00 P.M. at the Pleasant Green Church, Deer Lodge with Rev. Bill Durham officiating.
Interment will follow in the Pleasant Green Cemetery. Lowell will lie in state at the church one hour before services.
