Lucille Wilson

Mrs. Lucille Woods Wilson, age 98, of the Joyner Community, passed away Thursday, January 20, 2011 in the Life Care Center of Morgan County. She was a member of Union Baptist Church of Joyner.

She was preceded in death by parents: Jim and Lacey Woods; husband, Hobert Wilson; son, Hobert Wilson, Jr.; brothers and sisters: Luther Woods, Ruth Woods, Walter Woods, Glen Woods, and Noah Woods.

She is survived by sister, Katy Woods of Joyner; granddaughter, Chasity Wilson; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Saturday, January 22, 2011 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Bro. Homer Hooks officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Cemetery. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
