Marty Gibbs, of Oakdale, TN

Daniel “Marty” Gibbs went home to be with the Lord July 1st, 2021.

He is preceded death by his parents, James Thomas Gibbs, Sr. and Roberta Kerschieter; brother, James “Tommy” Gibbs, Jr.; and his sister, Donna Faye Tomlinson.

Marty is survived by his wife, Amy Gibbs; children: Joshua (Marli) Smith, Jared Smith and Bridget Morris; brother-in-law, Walt Tomlinson; three nephews, one niece, and several great nephews, nieces, and other extended family.

Marty was easy going and had a huge heart. He will be deeply missed.

The family will receive friends Monday July 5th, 2021 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg. A graveside service will be held immediately following in the Pine Orchard Cemetery in Oakdale, TN.
