Mary Lou Solock

Mary Lou Mehlhorn Solock of Wartburg passed away on May 28, 2025.

She is preceded in death by her parents Edward Mehlhorn and Hannah Heidle Mehlhorn and husband Charlie Solock all of Wartburg.

She is survived by a host of cousins, and friends.

Mary was employed as a telephone operator with AT&T and retired after 30 years of service. She actively served as President and Treasurer of the Wartburg Senior Citizens Group. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, a member of the choir, and participated in the Morgan County Choral Society.

The family will receive friends Saturday, May 31, 2025 at St. Paul Lutheran Church from 2:00-3:00 p.m. with the funeral to follow at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor David Graves officiating. Interment will be in the Wartburg City Cemetery.
