Rena Ownby

Rena Joyce Ownby, age 75 of Wartburg went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Wednesday, September 3, 2014. She was an avid wrestling fan and a big University of Tennessee fan. She is preceded in death by an infant son and daughter, her parents: Lonzo and Eula Strutton, husband: Ray Ownby, sister: Wanda Strutton and nephew: David Strutton.

She is survived by brothers: Don (Barbara) Strutton , Chattanooga, TN. Kenny (Lola) Strutton, Wartburg and Roger (Betty) Strutton, Paris, TN
Sister: Saundra (Johnny) Sherrill, Wartburg, TN
Also survived by 8 nieces and nephews, 17 great nieces and nephews and 2 great-great nieces

The family will receive friends, Saturday, September, 6, 2014 from 1:00 to 3:00PM at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral Services will follow at 3:00PM with Bro. Roy Langley and Bro. Johnny Nix officiating. Interment will be in the Wartburg City Cemetery.
