Shirley Sampson

Mrs. Shirley Dagley Sampson, age 82, of Wartburg, passed away Thursday evening, January 13, 2011, at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. She was a member of Wartburg First Baptist Church and was preceded in death by husband, Russell Sampson, parents: Silas and Nila Dagley; Brothers: L.S., Arkell, Arthur and Eldridge Dagley.

Surviving, Son and Daughter-in-law, Rusty and Kay Sampson of Oak Ridge; Daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Michael Pierce of San Antonio, Tx; Grand Children: Allie Sampson, Andrew, Tyler and Kristen Pierce; Sister, Nila Ruth Hurley, of Dayton, Ohio; Nieces: Theresa Dunn, Alice McPherson, and Lynn Hurley; Nephew, Bob Hurley; and Special friends; Amy and Jerry Davis.

The family will receive friends Saturday, Janurary 15, 2011, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg
