Sis KRIES

Mrs. Sis Bowman Kries, born November 12, 1921, passed away and went to Heaven, Thursday morning, February 25, 2010 at her home in Wartburg after a lengthy illness.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Wartburg.
She was preceded in death by husband; Clyde Kries, sons; William and James, parents; Howell and Rosetta Bowman, brother; Burl, sister; Lily Bowman Adkins and Dorothy Bowman Summers and also an infant sister.

Mrs. Kries is survived by daughter; Judy Kries of Wartburg,
Son; Eddie Kries and wife Elaine of Annadell Community in Scott County.
Daughter-in-law; Charlotte Kesterson Kries of Pilot Mtn.

Eight grandchildren; Rhonda Kries Hutchison and husband Dean,
Tessa Kries Branstetter and husband; Jackie, Keith, Steven, William, Syrena, James and Jamie Kries.
Four great-grandchildren; Amanda and Aaron Hutchison, and Jake and Taner Branstetter.
Special friend and caregiver; Lula Wicks Garrett.
Several other relatives, friends, nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends Saturday, February 27, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral service will follow at 8:00 P.M. with Rev. Charles Webb officiating. Graveside service will be Sunday at 3:00 P.M. in the Morgan Memorial Gardens.
Honorary pall bearers will be; Keith, Steven and James Kries, Aaron and Dean Hutchison, Jackie, Jake and Taner Branstetter and Richard Summers.
