Sterling Butler

Mr. Sterling Butler, age 76 of Coalfield passed away Friday, July 3, 2015 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by One Son: Carlos Butler, Parents: Earl and Stella Adcock Butler, Several Brothers and Sisters and Grandson: Justin Butler.

He is survived by his Wife of 57 years: Sarah June Butler, Coalfield
Son: Sterling Dewayne Butler and wife Patty, Roane County
Daughters: Lolita Disney and husband Doyle, Coalfield and Charlotta Butler, Wartburg
Brother: Earl Roy Butler, Michigan
Sister: Mary Jackson, Coalfield
Four Grandchildren: Deidra Burke, Sarah Mullins, Terry Butler and Travis Butler
Three Great Grandchildren: Kadian Butler, Anna Ellis and Andrew Burke

The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 7, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00PM at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Graveside Services will be Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at 11:00AM in the Anderson Memorial Gardens, Clinton, TN.
