Theresa Smith

Theresa Lynn Smith, age 42, passed away Wednesday, July 28 at the home of long time companion, Ronnie Phillips in Deer Lodge. She was preceded in death by grandparents: Herman and Mabel (Hall) Smith of Deer Lodge and Irvin and Dorothy Waller f Terre Haute, IN; and niece: Charlierae Smith.

She is survived by her long time companion: Ronald Phillips; mother: Luella Smith of Cookeville; father: Clayton Smith, Sr and wife, DJ of Deer Lodge; brother: Clayton (CJ) Smith Jr. of Deer Lodge; sisters: Connie Smith Billings and companion, Lester Billings of Crossville, and Tammy Smith and companion, Donovan Lewis of Cookeville; nephews: Dustin Paul Smith of Crossville and Kenny Vondrasek of Cookeville; nieces: Bethany Billings of Crossville, Kelsey Smith and Anna Lewis of Cookeville; And very special friends: Ruth Billings, Linda Woods, Steve Tompkins, Doug Owens, and Josh Phillips, all of Deer Lodge; along with numerous other friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the family.
The family will receive friends Friday, July 31, 2009 from 11 am to noon at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral services will follow at 12:00, with Bro. Ray Phillips and Bro. Roy Langley officiating. Interment will follow in the Adams Hill Church Cemetery.
