Thomas Jacob
Thomas Fredrick Jacob 55, born August 18, 1958 passed away peacefully in his home December 7, 2013.
Thomas grew up in Southwest Missouri. He received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Memphis while in a wheelchair. He succumbed to progressive multiple sclerosis after a long battle.
A private Memorial service will be held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church of which he was a member.
