Vada Scott

Vada Faith Scott, age 83 of Wartburg went home with Jesus, August 31, 2014. She was born, June 26, 1931. She was a firm believer in working. She worked until her health forced her to stop. She loved her family and they meant everything to her. She was a Born-Again Christian. She was preceded in death by her parents: Mr. and Mrs. Baxter of Hope, KY, Brother: Malchom Baxter, Sister: Mamie Whitaker, Brother in-law: Ray Whitaker and Husbands: Jack Ebert Stephens and Robert Frank Scott.

She is survived by Daughter: Brenda Johnson and husband Gary, Indiana
Sons: William E. Scott and wife Charmaine, Solway, TN
Jeff Scott and wife Charlette, Seymore, TN
Stephen Scott , Wartburg, TN
Grandchildren: Brandon, Keith, Holly, Shannon,
Adrianne, Justin, Matthew, Jessica,
Alison, Madaline and Joshua
Great Grandchildren: Brooklynn, Nomine, Katerinia, Aaron, Ashlynn

The family will receive friends Saturday, September, 6, 2014 from 3:00 to 4:00PM at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. A graveside service will follow at 4:00PM in the Morgan Memorial Gardens, Wartburg.
