Wade Jones of Lancing, TN

Wade M. Jones, age 71, of Lancing, TN passed away on November 26, 2022.  He was born October 4, 1951.

Wade was a very hard-working man being a lineman of 32 years.  He enjoyed spending time in his garage building his hotrods and motorcycles.  He also enjoyed working in the garden, fishing and pretty much anything outdoors.  Most of all he loved spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents Norman & Hattie Jones; sisters Rena Carpenter, Mary Hall and Paulette Byrge.

He is survived by his wife, Kay Jones; daughters Tina (Tony) Parks, Tracy Jones Daily, Tonya Jones Woods; brothers Willie (Linda) Edsel Jones, Timmy (Christine) Jones, Burl Jones, Bryant Jones; sister Martha Capps; granddaughters Brittany Laymance, Kayla Daily, Hailey Jones, Chelsey Aytes, Carmen Daily, Jordan Jones, Jailynn Woods; grandson Teegan Woods; great granddaughters Rylee Miller and Luella Shelton; great grandsons Liam Miller and Owen Shelton.

The family is honoring Wade’s wishes to be cremated.  No services are scheduled at this time.
