Polly Smith of Wartburg, TN

Polly Smith, age 75 of Wartburg, passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family.  Polly was a member of the Petros Order of the Eastern Star Sunrise Chapter #364.  She was retired from UT-Battelle.  Polly loved spending time with her family, especially her grandkids.

Polly is survived by her husband of 54 years, Levelle Smith

Daughter:  Dori Ann Hiatt and husband Charlie and their children Dalton and Lindsey Hiatt

Son:  Mark L. Smith and children Macy, Landon and Rhett Smith

Son: Michael Paul Smith and children Brayden and Brooke Smith

Sister-in-law:  Judith Elrod

Graveside services will be Friday, September 13, 2019, 12 pm at the Pine Orchard Cemetery, Oakdale, with Bro. Buster Armes officiating.
